The Event :

The Reading Voyage challenges children to read at least six books. Participants will also get a chance to attend linked creative workshops and activities at the British Council Library. At the end of the Reading Voyage, on 7 January 2006, they will get a medal and a certificate recording their achievement, if they have completed the challenge.

Children will go through movement activities, mind-mapping exercises, theme and idea expansion – all of which will be used to make them creative story writers!
