How To Develop Reading Habit, especially in Children

Hello All,

This blog is created for the help of parents and educators to help them develop the reading habit, especially in Children.

From time to time, I will be posting ideas to help you all achieve this goal. As I surf the net regularly, I shall also post articles from various websites, of course, after obtaining permission and acknowledging the source.

Do also send in your experiences and the use of any innovative ideas to develop the reading habit.

With love to all,

Hitesh

Hi Hitesh,
I think what you are doing is very noble and extremely important! One wise man said "There is very little difference between one that does not read and one that cannot read." Instilling habit of reading in children at a young age is prudent and absolutely necessary to ensure their success in future. As Krishna Bhagwan says "What you sow is what you reap" and in this context the habit of reading ensures that one will always continue to learn through out one's life and thus reap benefits of other people's experience and wisdom without having to reinvent the wheel at every critical junction in their life!

Once again great job and I am going to recommend this to every parent I know. I think out of all the wonderful things parents do for their children, teaching them to develop a habit of reading by far is the BEST GIFT they can endow their children with. This blog has my highest recommendation for every parent in India and abroad!

Best Wishes,
